MAPSearch will wrap-up this year’s trade show calendar at Power Generation Week (POWER-GEN International, GenForum, COAL-GEN, Renewable Energy World North America, NUCLEAR POWER International) coming up in December, in Las Vegas. The goal of our presence at POWER-GEN this year will be to increase awareness of our power generation data as a source of industry intelligence. To that end, we are once again participating in the PennWell Knowledge Center, a combined effort between several PennWell brands to provide informational and educational resources to industry professionals.

In a new initiative, MAPSearch also partnered with PennEnergy Research and PennWell’s Global Power Group to produce a new U.S. Power Plant Map that will be distributed to attendees at POWER-GEN.  This sponsored map will be free, but we will be selling a wall-sized version without advertisements on our website soon.

Power Generation Week runs from December 6-10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.  If you are attending one or more of the events, be sure to drop by the PennWell Knowledge Center booth (10334) to see Shawn or Peter and hear about the latest developments in energy mapping and intelligence.
